Meg is a, kind, and committed clinician who genuinely cares about her clients. Her warmth and dedication create a welcoming environment where you can feel safe to explore your thoughts and feelings.
My Background
I am a Clinical Mental Health Counseling Intern with a background in Sport and Performance Psychology. My passion lies in helping adults navigate life's challenges and move toward greater clarity, confidence, and resilience. I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology with a Minor in Social Work from the University of Arkansas, and I earned a Master of Arts in Sport Psychology from National University. Currently, I am pursuing a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of North Texas.
My Approach
Whether you're dealing with anxiety, facing the unique pressures of military life, or striving to enhance your performance in high-stress environments, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for you to explore your goals. I utilize a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach, which helps you understand the connections between your thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Together, we can identify small shifts that lead to meaningful change.
Our Journey Together
I believe that healing and growth occur best in a trusting and collaborative relationship. Seeking support is a significant step, and by being here, you've already demonstrated your commitment to your own growth. Remember, you don’t have to go through this alone. Together, we will work to build the skills and insights you need to feel more grounded and empowered in your life.
